About the Role

FareHarbor is the premier tour and activity software company in the world, and is only continuing to grow. With a highly customizable product, best-in-class support, and clients operating in dozens of countries around the world, we take pride in what we offer to tourism businesses of all shapes and sizes. Our clients' businesses might consist of Cooking Classes in Italy, Instagrammable Pop-up Attractions in California, Adventure Hikes in New Zealand, and everything in between.

This role sits on our Lead Generation team and is central to enhancing the global efforts of our online presence and effectiveness, focused on managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing conversion rates. As an individual contributor operating under supervision, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with paid ad vendors, developing and executing paid advertising strategies, and optimizing ad spending to achieve favorable click-through and conversion costs. Additionally, the role has a component of strategizing to improve the on-page experience, aiming to increase lead conversions. Balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities, this position requires a blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking, with a global impact on the company's lead generation outcomes.

Success will be found by those with strong focus and attention to detail, but who can also think creatively about finding new opportunities in generating new inbound lead sources.

What you'll do here:

  • Develop paid search and conversion strategies based on your expertise with PPC combined with your understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization).
  • Manage the day to day optimization and monthly reporting of paid accounts in line with regional and global strategies.
  • Analyze and understand paid search strategies of FareHarbor and our competition by utilizing keyword research, business research, and third-party competitive platforms.
  • Complete audits of existing paid search accounts to identify areas of weakness and opportunity for improvement, including building new paid search accounts as needed.
  • Interface and collaborate with other internal teams to help drive cross-functional targets through a paid/inbound lead generation approach.
  • Assist with optimizing the full journey a user takes from ad, to website, to form fill.
  • Assist with goal setting and event tracking in Google Analytics as well as utilize other conversion tracking methods directly in paid search accounts.
  • Develop weekly and monthly reporting processes that leverage account data, Google Analytics data, Google Sheets, Excel, and pivot tables.
  • Run, analyze and interpret various database reports
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and news

Requirements:

  • Has a minimum of 4 years of experience directly building and running paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo! and Meta with a strong understanding of how to optimize campaigns for post-click conversion.
  • Is a skilled researcher and has experience with multiple keyword research methods. Your research process is detailed and specific.
  • Is an expert with Google Analytics and other tracking methods used for paid search.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mindset
  • Is a critical thinker and can synthesize information to formulate new strategies.
  • Is flexible and able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Works well in a collaborative environment

Salary Range: $61,600-$92,400, plus 10% bonus potential
